We offer pre-construction services ranging from design collaboration to GC selection. Once construction begins, we shift to implementation of all construction documents created.  We have provided this service many times in the past and enjoy collaborating with the owner during the management of the project. We provide the owner with coordination, recommendations, and oversight of the construction process to ensure that the client saves money and time while receiving the best product possible.
